Sunday, October 13th – Escondido Pumpkin Run 5K, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Monday, October 14th – Stationary bike for 60 minutes (16.35 miles), Foam Rolled & Stretched
Tuesday, October 15th – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs)
Wednesday, October 16th – Elliptical for 60 minutes, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Saturday, October 19th – Rest day, Foam Rolled & Stretched
I seem to be in a funk. My body has been awfully achy lately due to my fibromyalgia, I haven't slept well (like EVER, so nothing new there :) ), and I just don't seem to have much 'get up and go' in my system. I am really hoping that once we actually get into 'fall' (the whole summer to fall to summer to rain, etc is wreaking havoc on my body) that hopefully things will settle down again and I can start kickin' butt.
