Monday, October 7th – Elliptical for 30 minutes, Stationary bike for 30 minutes
Tuesday, October 8th – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs)
Wednesday, October 9th – Elliptical for 60 minutes, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Thursday, October 10th – Stationary bike for 60 minutes (17.65 miles), Foam Rolled & Stretched
Friday, October 11th – Rest day
This week was pretty painful for me. My fibromyalgia was flaring up (we had some rain and weather changes this week), so my body was hurt-y and discouraging. My runs weren't that great and I have been slightly frustrated, but I just need to continue to remind myself this is a JOURNEY, to STICK WITH IT, and to HAVE FUN!
