Workout Recap - Week 20

Sunday, May 11th – 3 easy pace miles with the hubby, 1 minute plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Monday, May 12th –  Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs),  1 minute plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Tuesday, May 13th –  2 mile run, 1 minute plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Wednesday, May 14th –  19.7 mile bike ride, 1 minute plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Thursday, May 15th – Rest day, 1 minute plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Friday, May 16th – Rest day, 1 minute plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Saturday, May 17th – 2 easy pace miles with the hubby, 1 minute plank, Foam Rolled & Stretched


TAPER TIME! I really cannot believe that A. I only ran 7 miles this week and B. that my first full marathon is less than 24 hours away from now! HOLY CRAPOLY! The nerves are HIGH, but I am praying that my training will get me through the entire race... Here goes nothing!
