Monday, August 18th – 6 mile run, 8 mile bike ride (commuting to and from work), Foam Rolled & Stretched
Tuesday, August 19th – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs) & PiYo (Define: Upper Body AND Buns)
This week didn't go exactly how I would have liked (due to changing workouts around because of weather, runs not being as "fun or easy" as I would have liked, etc), but hey, I got the miles in and I am still chugging along. I am DEFINITELY looking forward to the cooler temperatures coming for fall, but unfortunately I think we still have quite a few weeks of HOT days coming (YUP, supposed to be in the 90s this week... which will make running 2 races this upcoming weekend "FUN").
