Saturday, August 2nd – Rest Day, Foam Rolled & Stretched
REALLY?! REALLY?! I only ran 12 miles this week?! What the crap?! Trying not to get too upset with myself at this point, but I am TRYING to listen to my body. Apparently my calves did NOT enjoy the 20 minutes of stairs I ran on Thursday and have been revolting since... Praying next week will be better...
