Today I ran another 4 miles, whoo hoo. Sunday I ran 2.5 miles, Monday I decided to bump it up to the 4 miles, and Tuesday I went back down to 2.5. Today I was planning on doing 1.25 (Thursday another 2.5, Friday 4, etc, so that it would go up, down and back up), but because the weather I decided to go for it. The weather was perfect for a run today, about 60 degrees, gray and even a little misty. I ran the regular route I run every day and I overheard a guy (I didn't bring my iPod today) say "Dang, that girl is always running", hehe.

4 Miles again :)
