Monday, May 23rd – Strength Training (abs, back, legs and arms), 4 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, May 24th – 18 mile bike ride, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, May 25th – 5 mile #runch in San Diego with friends, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, May 26th – 8 mile progression run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, May 27th – 12 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, May 28th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
I feel like I am really earning my rest days lately but hopefully that means great things when I go and try to PR at my next race (the Fontana Half Marathon on Saturday). Although I normally don't "taper" for half marathons I think next week will be a little lighter, especially since I have a half on Saturday AND Sunday...
