Workout Recap - Week 21

Sunday, May 15th – 5 mile run {Yasso 800s}, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Monday, May 16th – Strength Training (abs, back, legs and arms), 4 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Tuesday, May 17th – 8 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Wednesday, May 18th – 11 mile bike ride, PiYO Sweat Workout, Stretched & Foam Rolled



Thursday, May 19th – 5 mile progression run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Friday, May 20th – 15 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Saturday, May 21st – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled


37 miles of running, 11 miles of biking, a strength training workout and a PiYo workout and I AM SPENT! My body was definitely ready for this week's rest day when it finally rolled around! (PS I know that 37 miles doesn't seem to be too high mileage, but I think my body has just been physically drained lately, so every mile has felt a bit like ten!)
