The Festival

Ryan and I walked down to the Roots & Folk Festival on Saturday and Sunday. It was fun. We chilled in the park and watched Rails & Trails (a folk band) and ate some Italian Ice. We also walked around and found TomCat Courtney, who was a really funny man. It seemed like his songs were made up on the spot, with whatever is the first thing that comes into his mind. Everyone should check out Ryan's blog because he put up video of both of the bands we stopped to watch. It was an entertaining little festival, especially for free and a block away from my house :) Yay for Normal Heights!!
