One year ago (yesterday), I graduated from the University of Michigan. It is hard to believe that a year has already passed. I have done so much and yet so little in the past year. In the past year I packed up and moved across country, held a summer job at the University of San Diego, sold my car, bought my second car (obviously my '95 Ranger was not going to make it across country), interviewed for many jobs and finally got my first 'real job' doing the payroll at a construction company, rented my first apartment, lived on my own for the first time, started paying student loans, and so many more things. At the same time it feels like nothing is different (of course it takes me a few more minutes to get back to my parents house than from Ann Arbor, but really nothing else). I don't know what it is, but it seems like April 29, 2006 was just yesterday and at the same time ages ago.
