Sunday, December 9th – 6.75 mile hike with the hubby and pup, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Monday, December 10th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, December 11th – 4 mile run, 90 minutes on the stationary bike, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, December 12th – 12 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, December 13th – 8 mile hill run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, December 14th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, December 15th – 24 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
48 miles done and the body is still feeling good. It's crazy to think that my 50 mile race is less than a month away and soon I will start to taper, especially since last week was my longest single run at "only" 31 miles, but that's where we are at! Gonna have to shift a couple runs around next week since the hubby and I will be heading back to Michigan for the holidays, but still planning on getting everything in (just with a few more layers on than I am used to ;)).
