Workout Recap - Week 48

Sunday, November 25th – 10K run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Monday, November 26th – 75 minutes on the stationary bike, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Tuesday, November 27th – 4 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Wednesday, November 28th – 10.10 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Thursday, November 29th – 10 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Friday, November 30th  Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Saturday, December 1st – 10 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


This week was technically a lower mileage week because next weekend I'm supposed to have a 50K on the calendar. I haven't found an actual race to fit into my schedule, so I'll be tackling the 31 miles on my own... My legs have felt pretty heavy, but heavy isn't painful and heavy isn't injured, just tired - which is what you'd expect with ultra training, right?!

Ahh I need to incorporate foam rolling into my workouts so much more! I constantly forget after a run 🤦🏼‍♀️
