Workout Recap - Week 52

Sunday, December 23rd – 10 mile run


Monday, December 24th – Rest Day


Tuesday, December 25th – 4.25 mile run with the hubby (my daddy-o joined for the first mile)


Wednesday, December 26th – 10 mile run


Thursday, December 27th – 8 mile run


Friday, December 28th  Rest Day

Saturday, December 29th – 16 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


As you can see, my stretching and foam rolling was non-existent when we were back in Michigan, but I was still able to get in all of my runs (even with the chilly weather!) - so I'll take that as a win! Still can't believe my first official 50 mile race is in two weeks, but that's reality! EEKS! Here's to hoping I show up to race day rested, ready and raring to rock and roll!
