Monday, December 3rd – 4 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, December 4th – 12 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, December 5th – 8 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, December 6th – 75 minutes on the stationary bike, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, December 7th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, December 8th – 50K run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
I almost hit 70 miles this week - WHOO HOO! Besides when the hubby and I ran the Grand Canyon earlier this year, my 31-Miler on Saturday was my longest run to date. And I'm pretty stoked with how it went! I walked while taking my fuel at Miles 5, 10, 15, 20, 24 and 28, and stopped for a bathroom break during Mile 8, but I finished in under 5 hours. It wasn't a trail run, but I got time on my feet and I think I'll be ready for my 50-Miler (can't believe it's just over a month away).
