This week I missed one of my runs (Monday I was supposed to have a 5 mile run after my strength training workout, but due to my phlegmy cough I decided to opt for a 50 minute treadmill walk instead). Also, instead of my normal bike ride for cross training, I did some hiking with the hubby and puppy. The hike on Saturday was supposed to be longer, but on the way the battery in our truck died so after a hike to Autozone we had to cut our trail hike short due to a lack of time. But hey, I did what I could with what I had and am better for it, right? Not to mention, I think I am on the tail end of this sickness, so I hope to be back to 100% in the next couple days (fingers crossed).

How were your workouts this past week?

My oldest daughter's bedroom was at one time the same neon green color as your treadmill room. Such a happy color!

You were so smart to walk instead of force your run when you were sick! Your puppy is so cute :)

Self esteem is the hardest thing to work on. It literally takes work every single day and even when you feel 100% confident, the next day you can be knocked right back down. But to have way more up days than down, makes it totally worth it.
