Monday, August 10th – 5 mile progression run, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Tuesday, August 11th – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), 3 mile treadmill run, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Although my training plan called for 9 miles yesterday, I ended up with 15 (I couldn't run UNDER 30 miles in a week, especially while completely healthy and marathon training - I mean COME ON NOW!). 32 miles of running, 19.5 miles of biking, a strength training and a cross training day and you can say I EARNED my active rest day ;) And hopefully you are still participating in #AugustAbs! TODAY MARKS THE HALFWAY POINT!
