Workout Recap - Week 31

Sunday, July 26th – 3 mile run with the hubby, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Monday, July 27th – 7 mile progression run, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Tuesday, July 28th –  Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), 3 mile treadmill run, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Wednesday, July 29th –  19.6 mile bike ride, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Thursday, July 30th 6 mile (pace) run, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Friday, July 31st – 11.34 mile treadmill run

Saturday, August 1st – REST DAY, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Mileage overall for the week was "only" at 30.34 miles, which seems pretty low, especially since this was my first week officially training for my next goal race. Since it is still early in the marathon training plan, I am going to go with it - and realize QUALITY is better than QUANTITY sometimes...
