Workout Recap - Week 16

Sunday, April 12th – REST DAYFoam Rolled & Stretched


Monday, April 13th – 8 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched 


Tuesday, April 14th –  Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), Foam Rolled & Stretched

Wednesday, April 15th –  5 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched



Thursday, April 16th – 19.35 mile bike rideFoam Rolled & Stretched



Friday, April 17th – 20 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched


Saturday, April 18th – REST DAY, Athleta Yoga WorkshopFoam Rolled & Stretched


Two rest days in one week AND nothing was hurt or injured?! I know, I know! Cray-cray, huh?! It just worked out that way since Ragnar was Friday and Saturday of last week that I HAD to take a rest day on Sunday and then I figured I should still keep my standard Saturday rest day in there as well.
