Three A Day

Today I got in 3 separate workouts - and it feels pretty AWESOME!! Lately I have been getting in 2 a day ever since I added PiYo to my regular routine, but today I bumped it up.

I woke up this morning and did a SUNRISE run at the beach. Okay, maybe it was more like a PRE-sunrise run because the sun didn't actually come up until after I got home (apparently in the 2 weeks that Ryan was in Japan the sunrise has pushed itself back pretty far... OOPS). I was pretty happy with my mile pace times - 9:04, 8:48, 8:48, 8:46, 8:28, 7:47 - especially since I could SEE the air it was so thick!

I would REALLY appreciate some "fall" weather soon!
This was the temp and humidity at 5AM when I started... YUCK!

Then this afternoon I had to head into the office for a meeting. I am STOKED to have Ryan back home, but that means we are back to a one car family, so biking to work it is :) Ain't no thang... other than the fact it was 88* and over 60% humidity for my 8 mile trek... Hope my co-workers didn't mind the sweaty mess they were greeted with :)

And after I got home from work I squeezed in a PiYo DRENCH workout. Just in case you were wondering, the workout DEFINITELY lives up to its name... It was NO JOKE! So off to the shower for a second time, because now it's MONDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL! And both the Lions (MY team) and the Chargers (the "hometown" team) are playing tonight! Oh yeah, and the Tigers are on and KICKIN' some booty for the time being!

All-in-all it was a sweat-tastic day, but one where I felt strong and accomplished! And hopefully it will end with ALL of my teams feeling strong and accomplished (with a "W") as well!!

I got in my T25 yesterday, but missed my evening yoga class... Curse you traffic!
