Tuesday, March 11th – 7 mile pace run, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Saturday, March 15th – Rest day, Foam Rolled & Stretched
This week's numbers look CRAZY - but mostly because my long run from last week turned into the San Diego Half Marathon on Sunday, which technically counted for this week. That means I racked up 43+ miles this week. WOWSER! AND THE BEST PART?! I feel great! No aches, no pains, no strange soreness. Everything is cruising along amazingly!
