Workout Recap - Week 15

Sunday, April 5th – 4 mile run with the hubby


Monday, April 6th – 45 minutes of yoga, Foam Rolled and Stretched 

Tuesday, April 7th – 13.1 mile run


Wednesday, April 8th – 8 mile solo run, 4 mile run with the hubby, Foam Rolled and Stretched


Thursday, April 9th – 75 minutes on the stationary bike, Foam Rolled and Stretched


Friday, April 10th  Rest Day

Saturday, April 11th – 11.11 mile run


This past week I think it rained every single day (and not just sprinkle rained, but we had flooding all over town with freeways and main roads closed for large chunks of time). Seeing as I don't have any official races on the calendar until fall I decided to pull back the running a bit and avoid getting sick in the weather. I was still able to get in a decent amount of miles (40.21 for the week) and am still keeping up on the 4-week core challenge through the Peloton app and 30 burpees a day with the hubby. The scale or mirror may not reflect it, but I believe I am getting stronger every day!
