Workout Recap - Week 14

Sunday, March 29th – 7 mile run with the hubby

Monday, March 30th – 13.13 mile run, Foam Rolled and Stretched 

Tuesday, March 31st – 5 mile run, 45 minutes of yoga, Foam Rolled and Stretched

Wednesday, April 1st – 6.2 mile run, Foam Rolled and Stretched

Thursday, April 2nd – 75 minutes on the stationary bike

Friday, April 3rd  Yeti Ultra 24-Hour Challenge and Stretched

Saturday, April 4th – Rest Day

Well, let's just say at the beginning of the week I wasn't expecting to hit 62.34 miles for the week, but as many of my running friends know, it's hard for me to say no to a running challenge, so that's where we ended after tackling the Yeti Ultra 24-Hour Challenge ;) Super stoked that the body is still feeling great (especially since I've been doing Peloton classes and burpees daily to try and increase my overall strength). Next week it is supposed to rain every day, so I might pull back on my running a bit (and consider it a "cut-back week" like in a standard marathon training plan) but I am just listening to my body and trying to do what it needs. Oh yeah, and by the way, Rock N Roll San Diego got postponed earlier this week (which was supposed to be the last weekend of May), so other than a local 10K at the beginning of May that hasn't officially cancelled/ postponed I don't have any other races on the schedule to train for until AUGUST 1ST!
