Workout Recap - Week 27

Sunday, July 2nd – 20 mile run (Goal: 16 @ 8:40, 4 @ 7:40), Stretched & Foam Rolled


Monday, July 3rd – 8 mile run (Goal pace 9:30/mile), Stretched & Foam Rolled


Tuesday, July 4th – 10 mile solo progression run {9:55 -> 7:26}, 5K run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Wednesday, July 5th – 3.51 mile run {30 minute run (Goal HR 150)}, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Thursday, July 6th – 8 mile run {1 mile warm-up @ 9:30, 6 miles @ 7:35, 1 mile cool-down @ 9:30}, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Friday, July 7th – 8 mile run {1 mile warm-up @ 9:30, 6 miles @ 8:40, 1 mile cool-down @ 9:30}, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Saturday, July 8th – Rest day, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Minus Tuesday (where I opted out of my hill repeats for a progression run) I think I hit everything just about spot on. My left groin/ hip flexor has been a little angry with me, but I am hoping that the ice, rest and stretching is getting it back to 100%. Other than that, I would really appreciate if this humidity that has been hanging around would skedaddle already...
