Monday, September 12th – Strength Training (abs, back, legs and arms), 5 progressive miles, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, September 13th – 2.7 solo mile run, 3.3 mile run with the hubby (and 33-year-old birthday boy), Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, September 14th – 16.85 mile bike ride, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, September 15th – 4 pace mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, September 16th – 12 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
"Only" 33.2 miles this week (which I put in quotes because I realize it is still a high number, but with last week at 50 miles you can see that the taper has begun). With less running comes more time to freak out, #AmIRightOrAmIRight?! Can't believe the St. George Marathon is less than two weeks away at this point!
