Monday, April 11th– Strength Training (abs, back, legs and arms), 4 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, April 12th – 5 mile run,Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday,April 13th – 18 mile bike ride,Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, April 14th– 3 mile run (with the hubby biking along with me), Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, April 15th – 8 mile run,Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, April 16th– REST DAY, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Well, with the taper in full effect my mileage has been cut and I'm just trying to get these legs ready to help me cross my EIGHTH full marathon finish line! This round of training hasn't left me feeling uber confident, but thankfully this race is going to be all about the views and soaking up everything Sig Sur has to offer (instead of a specific time on my Garmin). Now it's time to start packing for this upcoming adventure!
