Workout Recap - Week 15

Sunday, April 3rd – Carlsbad 5000 with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Monday, April 4th – Strength Training (abs, back, legs and arms), 5 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Tuesday, April 5th – 8 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Wednesday, April 6th – 5 mile treadmill run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Thursday, April 7th –  12 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Friday, April 8th – REST DAY, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Saturday, April 9th –  4.5 mile hike with the hubby and pup, Stretched & Foam Rolled



Switched up my runs a bit this week because I donated blood on Thursday so I needed a rest day on Friday (hence why my long run was Thursday morning instead). The hubby and I decided we would hike it up on Sunday due to the threat of rain (would rather hike in the rain than bike in it). Still trying to catch up on sleep from last weekend's #Ragnar4Rett adventures (as well as give my body a bit of rest), so I'm glad to see that I am now entering TAPER TIME for the Big Sur Marathon!
