Monday, March 28th– Strength Training (abs, back, legs and arms), 5 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, March 29th – 8 mile run,Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday,March 30th – 17.5 mile bike ride,Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, March 31st– REST DAY, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, April 1st – 16.75 miles of running (Ragnar Legs 1-3) {recap coming soon}
Saturday, April 2nd– 9.81 miles of running (Ragnar Legs 4-6) {recap coming soon}, Stretched & Foam Rolled
So my mileage might not have been super high.... And my 20-miler was technically split up over the course of 24 hours due to using Ragnar as my training run... But, you know what, I wouldn't have had it another way! Sometimes MOST TIMES running is about so much more than the numbers on the watch and this week was EXACTLY that! I was still babying my wonky knee while KICKING BUTT AND TAKING NAMES with my #TeamSparkleULTRA team on behalf of Rett Syndrome!
