Congrats Settles!!

Congrats to Mr. Chipper and Mrs. Christa!! They welcomed their first baby into the world tonight (about 9:33pm) - Miss Mayah!! She is 7 lbs 14 oz and about 19 inches. Mom and baby are doing wonderful. Yay!!
