Monday, April 8th – 4 mile progression run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, April 9th – 8 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, April 10th – 4.44 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, April 11th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, April 12th – #Ragnar4Rett (~15.5 miles)
Saturday, April 13th – #Ragnar4Rett (~19.3 miles)
A whirlwind of a week. We got back from a long weekend with my parents in Big Sur and then I had to get ready for #Ragnar4Rett (and then the Boston Marathon). Tapering plus an ultra relay race got me about 52 miles of running for the week (and 10 miles of hiking). I'm thinking next week I need to take OFF (and focus on naps, stretching and recovering the best I can)... because I will be starting my next ultra training schedule ASAP ;) [Ha, NO REST FOR THE RUNNER!]
