Workout Recap - Week 14

Sunday, March 31st – Encinitas Half Marathon, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Monday, April 1st – 4 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Tuesday, April 2nd – 10 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Wednesday, April 3rd – 6 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Thursday, April 4th – 10 mile run


Friday, April 5th   Rest Day

Saturday, April 6th – 4 miles of hiking with the hubby and padres


The hubby and I were in Big Sur with my parents this past weekend (we left Thursday morning and came back home Monday afternoon). I swapped around my runs so I wouldn't have to pack my running gear for the trip (seeing as I am tapering for Ragnar and Boston, I was due for some decent rest). Being out of town (and completely unplugged) did help to keep the taper crazies at bay... a little... Now I've gotta get packing! Here's to hoping my legs are ready to tackle the two BIG races this upcoming weekend and 61+ miles in the matter of three and a half days ;)
