Sunday, April 14th – Rest Day
Monday, April 15th – Boston Marathon
Tuesday, April 16th – 15 miles of walking around Boston
Wednesday, April 17th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, April 18th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, April 19th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, April 20th – Rest Day
Real Talk - my left hamstring started acting up during #Ragnar4Rett (thankfully it wasn't until the last leg where it started yelling at me...), so after Boston I decided to take legit rest and let it heal. I don't think it is legit injured, but I wanted it to feel 100% before I started running on it again. Next week I plan on incorporating some "active" rest days (or at least some cross training like my stationary bike), but for this week it was a lot of laying, icing, rolling, etc. My body NEEDED the rest.
