Workout Recap - Week 20

Sunday, May 13th – 6.2 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Monday, May 14th – 3 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Tuesday, May 15th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Wednesday, May 16th – 8 mile run


Thursday, May 17th – 10 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Friday, May 18th – 7 mile run with the hubby and a friend, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Saturday, May 19th – 4 mile trail run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled


My mileage may be lower than it has been, but I'm doing my best to enjoy every step. I don't have anything on the calendar currently (maybe that isn't 100% true... I'll be running both the Rock 'N' Roll San Diego 5K and Half Marathon but I'm running them with friends and we won't be pushing the pace in any way so I don't necessarily have to train to be able to get to those starting {or finish} lines) so I'm loving the lackadaisicalness of not having a strict schedule to follow. I know that only lasts so long though, so I'm sure some type of goal will come along sooner or later for me to train to tackle ;)

Good job on all of your runs!! And getting in your foam rolling. I REALLY need to do that more often.....in fact, I might go do that right now. LOL
