Workout Recap - Week 19

Sunday, May 6th – OC Half Marathon


Monday, May 7th – 4 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Tuesday, May 8th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Wednesday, May 9th – 8 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Thursday, May 10th – 13.1 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Friday, May 11th – 5.3 mile run


Saturday, May 12th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Hey, I'm sort of getting back to normal (well, normal in my running routing, but my mother-in-law has been in town since Wednesday so it's been a challenge to sneak in runs while not taking too much time away from family hang-outs). With very few races on the calendar, I don't have a specific training plan, but I'll take those 43.5 miles for the week!
