Friday, May 4th – 3 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, May 5th – Cinco de Mayo Trail 10K with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
The beginning half of the week was all about recovering from our Grand Canyon Rim2Rim2Rim run... and getting back into the swing of things. Seeing as over the past seven weeks we had only been home for maybe ten days there was a TON of stuff to do around the house... which made taking some time off running a little easier... but by mid-week both the hubby and I were itching to get in some miles. We took it slow and listened to our bodies, but man it feels great to run!
