Tuesday, April 4th – Strength Training (abs, back, legs and arms), 3.5 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, April 5th – 5 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, April 6th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, April 7th – Ultra #TeamSparkle #Ragnar4Rett Legs 1 - 3
Saturday, April 8th – Ultra #TeamSparkle #Ragnar4Rett Legs 4 - 6
This was quite the busy week... I had two races (the first containing four 5Ks and the second containing six legs with 31 miles total) plus some of my normal workouts. I think I may take an extra couple days off this upcoming week to give my body a rest (both physically and mentally) before I tackle my next training cycle - and, ya know what, I think I earned it!
