Sunday, March 26th – 5 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Monday, March 27th – 6 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, March 28th – Strength Training (abs, back, legs and arms) & 4 mile run
Wednesday, March 29th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, March 30th – 5 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, March 31st – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, April 1st – #TeamSparkle IRL Virtual 5K Group Run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
23.1 miles for the week (technically another taper week... this time for #Ragnar4Rett). I tallied my numbers for March and it looks like I was able to tackle 138 miles of running for the month - not too shabby. Less than a week before our Ultra Ragnar Relay and then I think I'll take off a week before ramping up and to train for my next set of serious races.
