Workout Recap - Week 10

Sunday, March 5th – 4 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Monday, March 6th – Strength Training (abs, back, legs and arms) & 4 mile progression run


Tuesday, March 7th –  5 mile progression run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Wednesday, March 8th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike,  Stretched & Foam Rolled


Thursday, March 9th – 3 mile progression run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Friday, March 10th –  8 mile run


Saturday, March 11th – Rest Day ("active recovery": 3.1 mile hike with the hubby and pup), Stretched & Foam Rolled


I feel like I'm in this weird limbo time... like I should be feeling rested because I am "tapering" for the Los Angeles Marathon, yet I don't know that my legs feel rested from the Phoenix Marathon. Thankfully I'll be doing LA as more of a "fun run" (although that's technically what Phoenix was all about too) so I don't have any added stress of having to go out there and kill it.
