Workout Recap - Week 11

Sunday, March 12th – 3 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Monday, March 13th – Strength Training (abs, back, legs and arms), 3 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Tuesday, March 14th –  4 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Wednesday, March 15th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike,  Stretched & Foam Rolled


Thursday, March 16th – 4 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Friday, March 17th –  3 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Saturday, March 18th – Rest Day ("active rest" - 2 mile hike with the hubby and pup), Stretched & Foam Rolled


These "taper" weeks are really crampin' my style. Another week of 17 miles and trying to rest my tired legs before the Los Angeles Marathon (and then we start the whole thing over since I have the SoCal Ultra Ragnar in three weeks).
