Sunday, February 26th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Monday, February 27th – 60 minutes on the stationary bike, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, February 28th – 4 mile run (first solo, last three with the hubby), Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, March 1st – 6 mile progression run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, March 2nd – Strength Training (abs, back, legs and arms), 4 mile progression run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, March 3rd – 12 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, March 4th – 3 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
I'm in this weird spot. This was technically my first week back after the Mesa-PHX Marathon, but then again I have the Los Angeles Marathon in two weeks so I guess I'm tapering for that. I guess I'll just take the 29 miles for the week as a win and move on.
