Workout Recap - Week 6

Sunday, February 5th – 10 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Monday, February 6th – 90 minutes on the stationary bike, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Tuesday, February 7th –  5 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Wednesday, February 8th – Strength Training (abs, back, legs and arms), 6 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Thursday, February 9th – 5 mile progression treadmill run, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Friday, February 10th –  Rest Day

Saturday, February 11th – 12 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Another week done! 38 miles in the bank (and SUPER STOKED that 22 of them were logged with my fave running partner, the hubby)! We are entering "the taper" (cue the scary music), but thankfully I have plenty to keep me busy and occupy my time of the next couple weeks!
