Monday, January 16th – 5 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, January 17th – 8 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, January 18th – 45 minutes of yoga, 4 mile walk, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, January 19th – Strength Training (abs, back, legs and arms), 5 mile progression run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, January 20th – 5 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, January 21st – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
43.25 miles of running... not too shabby! I've got another race tomorrow, which is why I didn't have my long run on Friday, but after that I should be race-free till Phoenix. I see you foam roll. Was this self taught? I want to add it to my workout, but just not sure how to start.
