Workout Recap - Week 41

Sunday, October 2nd – 10 miles of hiking at Zion National Park, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Monday, October 3rd – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Tuesday, October 4th –  Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Wednesday, October 5th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled

Thursday, October 6th –  5 mile run , Stretched & Foam Rolled


Friday, October 7th – 16.5 mile bike ride, Stretched & Foam Rolled


Saturday, October 8th – 3.25 mile run


Three complete rest days (where I don't even think I hit 5,000 steps throughout the day) were much appreciated, especially because I normally never fully rest after races, but by mid-week I was feening to get back out on the roads. Ryan and I have the RnRLA Half at the end of the month, but I think I will plan on taking October pretty easy before ramping back up my training for the Phoenix Marathon. I'm stoked to keep it light and fun for another couple weeks before I have to get serious and buckle down once again.
