Sunday, October 9th – 4 mile run with the hubby, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Monday, October 10th – Strength Training (abs, back, legs and arms), 4 progressive miles, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, October 11th – 8 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, October 12th – 16 mile bike ride
Thursday, October 13th – 5 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, October 14th – 10 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
I don't know what the issue is... If I didn't take enough rest after St. George or if maybe my body is just a little bit more beat up than I thought, but MAN! It legit feels like I am starting over from square one! Every workout has taken it out of me. The effort required for the pace does NOT seem to match up... Thankfully I have a couple more 'easy' weeks before I start ramping up training for the Phoenix Marathon, so hopefully I will find my groove sometime soon!
