Workout Recap - Week 36

Sunday, August 30th – 4 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Monday, August 31st – 5 mile progression run, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Tuesday, September 1st –  Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), 4 mile treadmill run, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Wednesday, September 2nd –  19.55 mile bike ride, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Thursday, September 3rd – 6 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Friday, September 4th –  REST DAY, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Saturday, September 5th Disneyland 10K Race, Foam Rolled & Stretched

I know the mileage looks low, but it just happened to be the way my races (yup, multiple races!) worked out this weekend. Even still, 25.2 miles of running, 19.55 miles of biking, and a strength training session isn't too shabby for the week if you ask me! And, um.... can you believe that my next BQ attempt is only 9 weeks away?! HOLY CRAPOLY! Time to get SERIOUS!

[PS Recaps for the Disneyland 10K and Disneyland Half Marathon will be coming in the next couple days... I needed a little time away from the computer and some quality time spent with the hubby (since he was in Portugal for the last 2 weeks), but I promise to get them posted in the next few days!]

You are so good about foam rolling and stretching! I am terrible at it, it's one of the first things to go if I'm short on time :/
