Tuesday, September 8th – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), 4 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Boy, the numbers look a bit crazy for this week (50.1 miles of running), but it is because last week's long run (which was actually the Disneyland Half Marathon) ended up on this week due to the way the race schedule worked out. I have to say, though, I think I earned my rest day!
This week was definitely a confidence booster. My pace, even with the heat wave we were having, was much better than it has been, especially during previous long runs. I am really hoping that
