Tuesday, June 2nd – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), 6 mile run with the hubby, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Saturday, June 6th – REST DAY, Foam Rolled & Stretched
I'm pretty sure I earned my rest day this week! I have to say, though, I am going a bit crazy not having a training schedule to follow (but that's probably because I had a set one from September through March and then another from March till May). I also can't believe that I had 14 races in the first 5 months of the year and now I don't have any for the next THREE MONTHS! Cray-cray!
