Monday, June 15th – 8 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Tuesday, June 16th – Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), Foam Rolled & Stretched
Wednesday, June 17th – 5 mile run, Foam Rolled & Stretched
Saturday, June 20th – REST DAY
Two rest days in one week (mostly because I didn't take one last week, so that's just the way they landed) and I didn't go crazy :) No hill or speed workout and only 3 days of running, but still a successful week (especially when I am not on a specific training plan for anything as of yet).

On the past week I went running 3 times (8k, 10k and 15k) and some easy walks after dinner...on this week I'm planning to go swimming too. Let's see if I can make it!
