Workout Recap - Week 49

Sunday, November 30th – Rest day, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Monday, December 1st –  5 mile (easy pace) run, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Tuesday, December 2nd –  Strength Training (abs, back, arms and legs), Foam Rolled & Stretched 

Wednesday, December 3rd –  5 mile (tempo pace) run, Foam Rolled & Stretched 

Thursday, December 4th – 19.6 mile bike ride, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Friday, December 5th – 14 mile (long run pace) run, walked around Disneyland for a few hours, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Saturday, December 6th – 6 mile (long run pace) run, Foam Rolled & Stretched

Another week of Marathon Training in the books! 30 miles of running, 19.6 miles of biking (a day of cross training), a day of strength training and a day of REST! Still running strong, still smiling, and still enjoying the miles!!
