Register to Vote

One Week Left To Register To Vote

SAN DIEGO -- San Diego County residents have until Monday to register to vote in the Nov. 4 general election, Registrar of Voters Deborah Seiler reminded the public Monday.

Registration forms are available at www.sdvote.com, the Registrar of Voters office at 5201 Ruffin Road in Kearny Mesa, all U.S. post offices, public libraries and Department of Motor Vehicles locations.

All registration forms must be postmarked or delivered to the Registrar of Voters' office no later than midnight Oct. 20.

An application for an absentee mail-in ballot must be received by the Registrar of Voters by 5 p.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 28.

Applications can be found on the back of sample ballot and information pamphlet sent to each registered voter. The application for absentee voting can also be completed at www.sdvote.com.

The Registrar of Voters office in Kearny Mesa will be open Saturday, Nov. 1 and Sunday, Nov. 2 from 8 a.m. to 5 p.m. for voters who want to cast their ballots or drop them off prior to Election Day.
