Monday, November 12th – Rest Day, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Tuesday, November 13th – 4 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Wednesday, November 14th – 10 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Thursday, November 15th – 22 mile run, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Friday, November 16th – 75 minutes on the stationary bike, Stretched & Foam Rolled
Saturday, November 17th – Palos Verdes Lexus LaceUp Half Marathon, Stretched & Foam Rolled
The way that my runs lines up this week, I got in almost 70 MILES! HOLY CRAPOLY! I will probably never hit that amount of mileage again, but I am stoked at getting here and having my body feel a-okay! Despite having my muscles feel okay, I am thinking that I need to prioritize sleep or else I will probably run my body ragged and get sick sooner or later.
